Our Office is the largest Vacation Rental Office in Truro, which also services Wellfleet and Provincetown.
We are also a top producing Sales Office in Truro.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start with an already in place book of business and guaranteed income in your first year of Real Estate.
As many up and coming Real Estate professionals know, it's difficult to get into the field and start making money right away, but with the Vacation rentals, it will keep you busy all year and the #1 Source for Buyers and Sellers for us comes from doing Vacation Rentals in this area.
You would need to be in the office 5 days a week in the peek season, June-Sept, and off season is a bit more flexible as we have work from home capabilities.
However, the more you're in the office, the more income you can make.
We have a great work environment and a comfortable space! There are 2 agents in the office who travel about an hour to get here because the opportunity is so great! Happy to discuss if you are living in other areas of the Cape.
If you have taken some classes but haven't yet passed your test, we are also happy to discuss other opportunities for you to get you going until you pass the test.
No Education, besides Real Estate Classes completed, or scheduled, required.
